Creamy Sweet Corn Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh or frozen sweet corn

1/4 cup half-half cream

2 tbps butter

1 tbps sugar

1/2 tsp salt

 

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Yield: 4 servings.
