Japanese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

1/4 tsp of soysauce

1/4 tsp of salt

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp of sugar

3 tbsp vinegar

 

Method

1. Slice cucumbers thinly.

2. Sprinkle with salt. Wait 5 minutes, then squeeze cucumbers to remove water.

3. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce until dissolved, then add to cucumbers.

4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds!
