Here’s a great recipe to include a couple of your produce items! Makes a great side dish to a meal or a small meal on the go!
Stir-Fried Kale & Broccoli Florets
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
7 garlic cloves, sliced
1 head fresh broccoli, chpped
1 bunch of kale, stems removed and chopped
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut thin
Juice of 2 limes
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Stir in broccoli & cook for 1 minute. Add kale and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and then pour in lime juice. Season with salt to taste. Mix it all up and enjoy!
