Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
8lbs of cabbage leaves
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 can tomato soup
Method:
Cook cabbage leaves in the microwave. Peel the outer leaves off, trim the stem flat, put the whole head on a plate and cover- you want to steam them loose. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, remove a few leaves, repeat.
Combine beef, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper with 2 tbsp tomato soup. Divide meat mixture into each cabbage leaf. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Place cabbage rolls in skillet. Pour remaining soup with 1 can water mixed over rolls.
Cover and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes. Stirring carefully, spoon sauce over rolls!
