Thank you for supporting our Community Supported Agriculture Program this season! It’s time to get started so please be sure to read the literature I send because it will enhance your experience with us! My wife and I are so thankful to continue to get your support to do something we love to do that benefits the community just as much as it benefits you! The veggies have spoken and we will commence the C.S.A. the first week of June! Each week you will receive a box of vegetables with a minimum of five different varieties! All of the vegetables grown on our farm are grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides. If you signed up for eggs they come bi-weekly as well as the herbs. All members should have received a membership card and their welcome packet in the mail. If you have not received it please let us know via email or phone. If you decide to change your pick-up location please do it before the C.S.A. starts. We are looking forward to another wonderful C.S.A. season! Recipes will be posted on Facebook, Twitter, our Website and sent to your email. The recipes will correspond with items that you receive weekly. The menu and recipes are posted Wednesday night for what you will receive each week. The password for our recipe section on our website is “community” all lowercase. I highly encourage all of you to use the “submit your own recipe” section if you have a great one to share with the rest of us. Our farm chef this year is Willie Clayton and he will be preparing our recipes for us. He is a certified dietician and a formally trained chef. We will provide many ways for you to maximize the produce you will receive from us each week and your experience with us.
