Wilted Kohlrabi Greens
In a large Skillet with a lid.
4-6 slices thick bacon (cut into one inch strips)
Large bowl of Kohlrabi Greens (from two kohlrabi)
2-teaspoons real maple syrup
Brown Bacon & drain as desired.
Mix in Kohlrabi greens and cover, until they steam, low to medium heat (seven to ten minutes) (stir as required)
When greens are wilted add maple syrup & stir.
